Who would have thought this: we have accepted an offer on our house today. Less then 2 weeks after it went on the market, it is now 'sale agreed' which means contracts can be drawn up. This whole process usually takes around 2 months, and lots of things can go wrong, but let's not worry about that.
We accepted the offer on the condition we can stay in it until the 20th December. A reason for celebration.... champagne for everyone....... !!!
